As Moonraft's global President, Smitha is responsible for defining and operationalizing Moonraft's business strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. Before hopping on to the Raft, Smitha was an integral part of the Digital Practice at Infosys, where she led large scale digital programs for customers across geographies and business verticals. Smitha holds a bachelor's degree in engineering. She is an avid traveler and plans her next vacation while she is on her way home from one.

Nihal, with his decade of experience in delivering innovative ideas, effectively balances human-centered design with business acumen. He has delivered several path-breaking user-centric digital products for many global brands across geographies resulting in media recognition and a certain croque-en-bouche. Outside of work, Nihal is passionate about the art of cooking and has a collection of quirky apparel. Nihal is also a jury panelist at design schools, provides mentorship and conducts design thinking workshops.

Curator of first impressions, last impressions and everything in between, Promit currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Moonraft Innovation Labs. A seasoned marketer with solid experience in digital marketing of products and services, Promit brings to the table innovative ways of story telling and brand building. He has been integral in launching multiple products and services to the global market. He is in Adobe’s list of Top 100 Content and Brand Custodians in India. Apart from being a music and sports enthusiast, Promit loves reading, traveling and learning new languages. He hopes to own an Eric Clapton guitar someday!

As Moonraft’s Chief Solutions Officer, Hari is responsible for creating innovative solutions, services and strategies to address our clients’ needs. Hari brings to the table an array of technology & engineering skills and a curious mind. A foodie at heart with an appetite for street food, you will often find him at the nearest eating joint, if not listening to old Bollywood music, or coding away to heart's content. Hari holds a master’s degree in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani

Deepak leads the Sales & Business Development for the US market. He comes from a strong solution sales background and has experience in working in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Turkey markets. He holds a Master's in Business Information Systems and an undergraduate Engineering degree in Information Technology. Apart from his love for Single Malts, he likes to travel and watch movies.

Liton heads the business for the APAC markets. He brings with him over 14 years of experience in various domains like banking and financial services, and design. Before joining Moonraft, he has spent several years on various Corporate Banking roles at HSBC and as Ares Sales Manager at Becton Dickinson. He holds a management degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Liton believes that he is a good host and a passionate cook.

Nithin heads business for the African markets. He brings with him a treasure-trove of expertise in understanding clients’ psyche and fishing out the best solution amidst various business complexities. He believes that conversation is the best way forward to solving any problem, and his years of experience have taught him to translate work into tangible results that push the needle for his clients. Outside of work, Nithin harbors several interests with biking being his meditation, Karate his discipline, and reading his dopamine. He is also a lover of fine scotch, believing it to be running through his veins! His doctrine in life is to always make sense of the world in both his and others’ perspective.

Ravi heads the global project delivery in Moonraft. He brings a wealth of diverse and deep delivery experience in mar-tech and digital business transformation for clients across Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality, and Healthcare industries. Apart from being a technology and yoga enthusiast, Ravi enjoys music and traveling. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Arlington.
